The proposed garage is located on the northeast side of the building, with garage doors facing northeast and not visible from Tazewell Pike. It is connected to the house by an arbor, and has an arcaded front façade. Commission recommended Denial Without Prejudice at their September 18, 2003, meeting, pending demolition of the illegally erected carport which occupies the space where this proposed garage will be built.
