One story frame with artificial siding and brick veneer wall covering on front elevation added when other alterations were made. One over one double hung windows. Side gabled roof with asphalt shingle roof covering. One exterior front (added) and one interior offset brick chimney. Brick foundation. Rectangular plan.

This house was altered about thirty years ago with the addition of a front brick veneer wall with an integral fireplace, and the enclosure of the front porch. The brick wall is collapsing structurally. Community Development proposes to remove it, recapturing the front porch and retaining the existing aluminum siding.
