APPROVE except, the surface cladding material design ( Hardi-plank boards or shingles, corner boards, window and door) . Applicant will work with HZC staff to determine final details consistent with Ft. Sanders' historic buildings.
Construct new condominium complex
The applicant has worked carefully with MPC staff to make his final design consistent with the adopted Ft. Sanders guidelines. He was prepared to request a certificate at a called meeting of the Commisssion on 10/4/01, but after meeting with HFSNA the week of September 24, received a suggested drawing from the neighborhood changing the design of the buildings and questioning other details of the development. The developer decided to modify his plans to meet most of their requests. The drawings included with this staff report are a result of his efforts.
