Roman cement tile roof covering with cresting. Front gambrel has partial cornice returns, arched wood louvered attic vent. One story front and side wrap around porch with columns and balustrate being rehabilitated. Interior offset brick chimney with chimney pots. Brick foundation. Irregular plan. One story cutaway bay on front elevation.
