Demolition of existing facades of buildings lining Market Square; preservation of historic elements still remaining and construction of new facades including minimum 18" bulkhead and varying in design according to submitted plans and staff reports submitted for meeting.

This application is made for all of the buildings lining Market Square; each of the facades is discussed in more detail in attached documentation.
