One and one-half story frame with stuccoed wall covering. Prramidal hip roof with asphalt shingle roof covering and hip roof front dormer. One over one double hung windows. One story three-quarter front porch with round wood posts with Doric capitals on brick piers. Two interior brick corbelled chimneys, one side and one offset. Brick foundation. Leaded glass transom and sidelights.

Applicant has been contacted and additional information on window and porch repair has been requested. Withhold approval until information is received and it can be determined that proposed work is consistent with adopted design guidelines.
