Double hung three over one and four over one windows. One story two-thirds front porch with tripled square wood posts on cast stone block piers, sawn wood balustrade. One story projecting bay on south elevation. Two brick chimneys, one interior end and one exterior end. Cast stone block foundation. Irregular plan.
The owner of this property received a certificate several months ago (Certificate 53003ONK). Since then more work has been planned with Community Development assistance; the railing will be replaced as part of the project. Commission is asked to RATIFY Certificate 100302ONK.
