Tudor Revival with Bungalow influence (c.1915)

One and one-half story frame with asbestos shingle wall covering. Gable roof with asphalt shingle coverings, shed roofed dormers and knee braces, extended eaves. One story recessed front porch with found fluted columns and pilasters with Ionic capitals. Projecting one story bay. Double ung one over one and diamond paned uppers sashes over one windwos. Two interior offset stuccoed chimneys. Stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan. Transom and sidelights at front entry, which are diamond patterned with wood mullions.


Owner had initially altered roofline without understanding that this house was in a historic district. He has since revised his rehabilitation plans so that the house will be returned to its original appearance.
