Two story frame with weatherboard wall covering. Hip roof with lower cross gables and wood patterned shingles front and side gables, sawn wood brackets and asphalt shingle covering. One story one-half front porch with square wood columns. One story one bay rear porch with turned wood columns, sawn wood trim and lattice. Double hung one over one and Queen Anne windows. Brick stuccoed foundation. Irregular plan.

This Certificate is a near duplicate of one that was issued in 1999 (102199EDG). The work contemplated in that Certificate was not completed, and additional work is now necessary due to continued lack of maintenance.
