Two and one-half story frame with cross gable roof with 12/14 slope and dimensional shingle covering topped by cupola, front turret with octagonal steeply pitched (12/21) roof panels and dimensional shingles, shed roof dormer and telescoping dormers with scalloped shingles and board and batten detail with ocular window on front most gable, partial cornice returns on right (east) and rear (north) elevations and shed dormer on right (east) elevation; two story front and right (east) elevation with Doric capitals on columns, sawn wood railings on top and bottom porches, all elevations; foundation with brick veneer and brick veneer piers with painted wood lattice panels under porches; multipaned windows with multipaned transoms on first story; paired half light multipaned doors with fanlight at front (south) entrance and paired multipaned French doors with transoms on right (side) elevation, multi-paned windows on upper stories, all windows double hung; total building height approximately 40'. Side setbacks - 5' on west, 7' on east, 18.43' on south (front) and 18' on north (rear).

Porches are consistent with C-1, and C-2. Wall cladding is consistent with D-2 of design guidelines. Roof is consistent with B-1 through B-4. Height, scale and massing are consistent with A-1, A-2 and A-6.
