One story three-quarter gabled front porch with Roman brick columns and balustrade. Rusticated cast concrete block foundation. Rectangular plan. Leaded glass transom.

Applicant requested certificate for roof repair, which was issued. Request for window replacement or vinyl soffit and fascia has not been approved, since it does not meet the adopted Old North Knoxville Design Guidelines. Rehabilitating rear windows and installing rear deck should be heard at meeting.
