4. Marketing (internet, telephone or mail) for musical performances and appearances shall be conducted within the residence and only one client shall be allowed on site at any given time.
5. Marketing (internet, telephone or mail) for Family Building, LLC referral service shall be conducted within the residence with no visitation by clients.
6. No person, other than the applicant/resident, may work at the home occupation.
7. No retail sales of any products may take place at the home occupation.
