Rework front façade to include anchors and steel lintels above windows; install new storefront with recessed doubled doors at main entry and single door at stairs, install new cladding on first floor building exterior; storefront to include transoms, shop windows and bulkhead; point brick using low Portland-content mortar.
Porter Building. Four story brick building with pressed metal cornice, limestone sills, c.1930 altered storefront with recessed entry with granite panels on bulkhead. Metal double hung one over one windows, quadrupled.
