APPROVE the proposed amendment to the Knox County Zoning Ordinance, eliminating the last sentence in Section 6.80.03 Authorization, Part A, stating that a planned development is not authorized in the rural area and instead adding that Planned Development is authorized in all zoning districts and parcels located in the Knox County planning area.
