Liz Albertson wrote the wording for the note regarding the non-conformity: ere's the language I suggest -

Existing single-family residential structure with non-conforming periphery boundary setback of 32' feet at the time of rezoning to PR (Planned Residential). Case: 4-G-20-RZ (adopted on 5/26/2020)

I'll let you and Terry decide where it should go on the plat / adjacent to the line for the 32' setback? I've attached the plat with the proposed language. In the small box, he has noted the "SETBACKS" in he should probably note the Periphery Boundary setback reg too.
