Level I. Site design, parking, and landscaping

Site improvements to match civil engineering drawings submitted 3/4/2020. Improvements to site include: eliminating the second driveway/access from Candora Avenue; removing existing asphalt from the bank and regrading; widening the entrance of historic drive off Candora to meet City Engineering requirements; widening drive entrance from parking lot side; creating a code-compliant, ADA-accessible parking spot and accessible route to the side (northwest) door; stripe parking lot.
