Level I. Routine repair of siding, fascia, soffit, windows, roof, or other features using materials, design, and dimensions that match original or early features
Masonry repair/painting; Roofing; Other: Chimney

Repair/reconstruction of two masonry chimneys (located east and west of primary roof ridgeline) to make operable. Chimneys will be reconstructed from roofline up using existing bricks (and where bricks are deteriorated, replacement bricks will match historic bricks). Chimney 2 (labeled on application) has been stuccoed on exterior and will reflect the bricks on Chimney 1. Chimneys will be reconstructed to match height and width of existing. Existing metal chimney caps will be re-installed.
