These fees apply to the standard deadline only. If you are filing after the standard deadline, please see the Important Notice at the end of the fee schedule.

APPLICATION WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS

Application withdrawal and refund will be permitted prior to the Public Notice with the approval of the Executive Director or the Development Services Manager.

Applications for any item (except Concept Plans) may be filed up to 5 business days after the Standard Deadline (Monday) by paying the required fee plus 20% (rounded to the nearest dollar) for each day past the Standard Deadline, culminating with Double Fee Monday
(see chart below).
